Chris Green and Mike Perry both shot 29, Gordon O’nions 28 and Sam Powell 25. Also shooting for MEB, Karl McMillan scored 30, Jan Beattie 29, Oscar Thornton 27 and Captain  Gordon Spencer shot 26. After scratching the two lowest scores and adding the handicap of 3 to the Binton team, MEB were victorious by 1 point and now lead the Webley League table.

The match between Home Guard and Avenue-RBL was cancelled as Avenue-RBL could not field a full team on the evening.

At Wilmcote Social Club, the Wilmcote team hosted Binton A. The visitors started perfectly when Paul Clingan shot his 5th possible of the season. Andy Smith and Simon Dale followed for Binton scoring strong 33s. John Maycock kicked Wilmcote off with 31 before Paul Boazman shot 28 and Brian Adshead shot 30. Following on for Binton A, Gary Hooper and John Parrott both shot steady 31s and Alan Dyer managed a good 32. Wilmcote’s newest shooter Andrea Norris shot an impressive 32 which turned out to be the highest score of the night for her team. Wilmcote finished with 29s from Alan Brookes and Tim Stephens, and Andy Morris could only manage 31. Returning to shooting after some months off, Michelle Dale shot a solid 33 before Will Čemis finished things off with 31. Wilmcote had the benefit of a 4 point handicap but were still 14 points short compared to the Binton team.
