Binton and Wilmcote continue to battle for first place in the league. Binton, undefeated this season claimed another victory last Thursday against the Home Guard team. Colin Fulford (HG) shot 33pts and Derek Powers (HG) 31 but with a few loose 3's about HG could only muster 205pts. Simon Dale and Neil Bedingfield (Binton) both shot 32pts and newcomers, Gary Hooper and John Parrott only shot one 3 between them to help their team score
216pts.

RBL were at home to Wilmcote. Steve Ray (RBL) and John Maycock (Wilmcote) were both unlucky not to get the first possible of the season, with 34pts each. RBL despite the advantage of being the home team were just not as good at keeping their eye on the bull as Wilmcote who won the match 212pts to 203.
