Matches shot on 15th February 2007.

Stratford Football Club's shooting team, MEB, seem assured to win the Webley Shield this year as they defeated the current holders, Avenue Sports & Social Club's team (ASSC) last Thursday, to give them 10pts from 5 matches. ASSC with just too many 3's never looked like winning this match, especially as MEB only had a handicap of 4pts when throughout this competition they have been shooting around the 220pt mark, well above their league average of 204pts. MEB shooters were consistently scoring over 30 but Jo Everett was the only shooter for ASSC to do so with 31pts.

The two teams from Binton were matched against each other. Binton B slipped behind in this match as Mike Perry shot 30 and Jim Usher shot 32pts against Binton's Simon and Michelle Dale who both shot 33. Roy Clarke and Gordon O'nions (Binton B) pulled 3pts back only to have them taken away and more by Binton's Andy Smith's 32pts. Ben  Chamberlain for Binton B shot 32 and was matched by Ron Bailey. Binton B relied on A N Other to total 207pts but with 16pts from Binton to give them 223pts Binton could not match this and lost with 217pts.

RBL had difficulty fielding a team for their match at Home Guard Club, Tiddington. Home Guard got off to a shaky start compared with RBL as Mike Yorke shot 31, followed by Hilton Calcutt's 29. Richard Mills and Ben Goodman both shot 31pts for the home team with Jim Tyler and Jan Dencer for RBL shooting 27 and 30pts respectively. RBL had no more shooters so Colin Fulford was Home Guard's final shooter and he shot 32pts to bring the teams total to 203pts.
